Today’s question in my devotional asked how can we live the verse John 13:35. Here is what God laid on my heart!
Start each day praying that God will open our eyes to how we can love one another. Sometimes the Spirit will bring a name to mind, stop and pray for that friend and if you can reach out and see how they are doing.
It is also important in the rush of the season and every day life that we remember to not only love our family and friends but everyone with God’s love. We need to see everyone as brothers and sisters in Christ. Speak love not frustration. This season is hard for so many and they often are bitter and may respond snappy to things. Stop and pray for them and respond as God would. You may be the only kind voice they hear this season. Plant the seed of love and God will grow that!
